This class aims to create some space in the lower back. We use breath, gentle movement, self massage and some restorative shapes to make that happen.
PROPS: 2 - 4 blankets, a bolster if you have it or a couple couch cushions/bed pillows, 2 blocks, 1 ball (tennis, lacrosse or tune up ball), and 2 straps (or long therabands).
