This class consists of a restorative practice, so gather extra pillows and extra blankets to ensure maximum comfort. We’ll use simple breath awareness to ease us into each shape, and finish with a long Savasana.
PROPS: 2 - 4 blankets, a bolster if you have it or a couple couch cushions/bed pillows, 2 blocks, and 1 strap (or long therabands).
