This class focuses largely on the hips and glutes. We’ll use self-massage, gentle movement, mobility & targeted strength work, and some restorative postures to bring some relief to the area.
PROPS: Please have 2 - 4 blankets (basically, gather what you’ve got); a bolster if you have it or a couple couch cushions/bed pillows. 2 blocks, 2 balls (tennis, lacrosse or tune up), and a theraband if you have it. An eye pillow or scarf is also nice for Savasana if you wish.
