Class Descriptions
Vinyasa
(60 - 75 minutes)
Original sequences designed to activate your body’s natural intelligence. Classes include sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending and the occasional inversion. Each class is balanced with conscious breath and relaxation, to deepen inner stillness.
Gentle
(30 - 60 minutes)
Time to slow down. These gentle classes include a variety of practices to help regulate your nervous system and tune inwards. Soothing breath work, self-massage and targeted mobility are often included, and you can also find straight shots of Yin and Restorative.
Pre Natal
(10 - 50 minutes)
Classes include hard work as well as relaxation, and prepare not only the body, but the mind and the breath; for the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and labour. A great introduction for birthing people to the rhythm that helps support the birthing process.
Mini Vinis
(25 - 45 minutes)
These Vinyasa classes are short and sweet, and will get the job done in about half an hour.
Pocket Practices
(5 - 15 minutes)
Helpful tidbits and bite-sized sequences, focused on a variety of postures and themes.
